• Custom Artwork - 3 to 4 Business Days

• Screen Printing and Embroidery - 10 to 14 Business Days (RUSH options available)

• Promotional Products - Depends on the product and quantity 

Do you have minimums?

• Screen Printing - 48 pieces 

• Embroidery - 24 pieces 

• Promotional Products - Depends on the item

What are your artwork requirements?

• Vector artwork is preferred but we can use art files at 300 dpi at print size.

How do I pay my invoice?

• We’ll email you a payment link upon order approval.

Do you have a rush option?

• We can Rush certain orders but it almost always involves expedited shipping.

Do you offer contract printing?

• We do not offer decoration on customer-provided items.

Do you offer graphic design?

• We have fantastic in-house graphic designers. Reach out to us for a quote on a specific design.

Return policy

• Please call immediately with any discrepancies or damages. Damages are not accepted after 3 days from receipt of order. All returns must have prior return authorization and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be assessed on all unpaid balances beyond established terms. If applicable, payments not received according to terms will be charged to your credit card. Please call immediately with any discrepancies or damages.
